A selection of mystery visits is filmed on hidden camera to illustrate the negative/positive behaviour and reveal the best practices.

During promotional periods. PRESENCE also checks point of sale advertising conforms to the recommended plan.  Each anomaly is photographed and immediately sent to the company's management.
