PRESENCE mystery customers observe how the sales pitches developed by the
manufacturer are respected, how products are
recommended and highlighted, what pitch is used to describe the brand, the
prices of products, prices of competitors' products.
A selection of mystery visits is filmed on
hidden camera to illustrate the negative/positive behaviour and
reveal the best practices.During promotional periods. PRESENCE also checks point of sale advertising conforms to the recommended plan. Each anomaly is
photographed and immediately sent to the company's management.
